These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between you as a user (“you”, “user”) and Mediementor Ltd, the owner of the brand Because You Care (“we”, “us”, “the company”), when you use our website, purchase products, or use related services.
By using our services or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms. If you do not accept them, you must not use our services.
2. Use of the service

All purchases are subject to Norwegian law, including the Consumer Purchases Act and the Right of Withdrawal Act.
Payment is made through the payment solutions available in the webshop.
Physical products are shipped to the provided address. Digital products are delivered through download or email link.
4. Right of withdrawal and complaints
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receiving the goods, unless exceptions apply (e.g., for digital products where the download has started with your consent).
Complaints apply under the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act. If a product has a defect, you are entitled to replacement, price reduction, or cancellation.
You must contact us within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered.
