Everything I’ve read about PTSD before has been dense and full of technical jargon. This book is different. I actually understood what’s happening—and I picked up a few simple strategies that work for both her and me.

This was a very useful and clearly organized presentation of the different aspects of ADHD. It’s easy to read and well written. I’ve recently received an ADHD diagnosis myself, and I’m quite sure my two children have it as well.
This is a book I want grandparents, uncles, and aunts to read too, so they have a better understanding of how the girls are wired and how best to help in situations that may arise.
My oldest, who is 10, has also read it and really recognized herself.
